Should your need/wants change at any point of your service, I am happy to discuss and possibly amend your contract at a later date.

While I am in training to receive my doula certification through DONA International, my first 10 Birth Doula clients will be given the reduced rate of $1000.

Birth Doula Services

$1800

You will receive my undivided support during your labor and delivery, and for 1 hour following your delivery (your golden hour) before you are transferred to post partum. This includes:

  • Advocacy for your wants per your birth plan

  • Alternative methods for pain management

  • Continuous support for you and your partner

  • Trauma Informed care

  • Lactation support following delivery.

Additionally, as part of your care you will get:

  • 2 prenatal visits to discuss your wants and goals for your labor and build a birthing plan you are excited about.

  • Monthly telephone or Zoom “check-ins” to see how you’re doing throughout your pregnancy. I want to make sure I’m on your wavelength so I can give you the best care possible.

  • 1 tour with you and your partner at the hospital/birthing center of your choosing, if you are not having a home-birth.

  • 1 postpartum visit where we will address you and your partner’s feelings about the birth, how you are coping, any questions or concerns you may have about child care, and provide referrals for local resources based on your wants and needs.

  • 24-hour availability for medical emergencies

  • On-call from 9 AM - 7 PM for any concerns, questions, or updates you want to discuss.

  • Unlimited access to me via text and email.

  • Birth tools for you to utilize during labor and keep, including your choice of either a birthing ball or peanut ball.

Postpartum Doula Services

$40/hr

My services as a postpartum doula are available as an add-on to my birth doula service.

We will arrange up to 5 days during your 6 week recovery period where, for up-to 8 hours a day, I will help you ease into this new stage. This will include newborn care and education, light laundry and chores, meal prep and 1 cooked meal daily, and even pick-up runs for daily items you may need from a grocery/corner-store within 5 miles of your home.

After these 6 days, if you feel you need additional aide, I can recommend you to another postpartum doula for extended care.

Additional Prenatal Visits

$200/visit

Should you desire additional prenatal visits, we can amend your initial agreement to suit your needs.

Additional Postpartum Visits

$200/visit

If you feel you need extra physical or emotional care, help, or support during your Postpartum phase, but don’t feel the need for my full postpartum services, we can amend your agreement to suit your needs. I will travel to your home to meet with you.
